We stand by the quality of our products and prints. Since all items are custom-made, we offer replacements only for defective, damaged, or misprinted products. We do not provide refunds or money returns under any circumstances.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery. You must provide:

Claims made after 7 days of delivery or without proper evidence may not be eligible for replacement.
Upon successful verification, we will resend the product at no additional cost to you.
